How to Complain

Theme Park Tickets requires complaints to be in writing either via Email or by Post. We ask that you include as much information as possible including any documentation you believe will speed up our investigation.

What you can expect from us

• Acknowledge all written complaints within 72 hours
• Respond in full to written complaints within 28 days
• Respond to phone calls and email within 48 hours
• Listen properly to your feedback and use your suggestions to improve our services.
